Interview Dressing
Interview attire specifics for men
• Suit:
A two-piece matched suit is always the best and safest choice. Don't combine a suit jacket with pants that don't match.
• Conservative colors / fabric:
Navy and dark gray are safe and are the most conservative for men. Black for men was once considered severe or overly formal, and may still be considered so in very conservative industries, although it is commonly worn by many. Other color trends may come and go; avoid the extremes. Choose a solid or very subtle weave pattern or plaid (the kind that look solid across a room). Wool, wool blends, or very high quality blends with natural fiber, are the only acceptable fabrics for a conservative men's suit.
• Cost / quality:
You are not expected to be able to afford the same clothing as a corporate CEO. Do invest in quality that will look appropriate during your first two or three years on the job. One good quality suit is sufficient for a job search if that is all your budget allows. You can vary your shirt and tie.
• Ties:
Tie styles come and go. Select good quality silk ties.
Avoid fashion extremes, like character ties, in interviews.
Notice what men in your industry wear on the job, at career fairs, at information sessions, when they meet with clients.

10 Answers You Should Know Before Your Job Interview
With the competition keener than ever and the economy in a slump, you need to prepare for your job interview thoroughly. It’s no longer enough to offer a firm handshake to your interviewer, make eye contact, and nod pleasantly now and then. You need to prepare a dynamic application letter and resume. You need to research the company. And you need to present a confident image and develop the ability to answer tough questions on the spot.
Although no one can predict the questions your potential employer will ask, you can think about how you’d answer some of the commonly asked ones. Here are ten questions for you to consider and a few hints about how to answer them:
1. Tell me about yourself.
Chances are the employer doesn’t want to know how much you weighed when you were born, when you learned to tie your shoes, or how much you had to drink last night. He or she wants to know how you would fit into the company and what your relevant job experience is. You might answer by asking the interviewer what he’d like to know. Or you might talk about your education, the fact that you’re a team player, or whatever you think might be important to this particular company.
2. Why should we hire you?
Even though five people may be waiting outside, you need to sound confident, calm, and capable. Explain how your experience has prepared you for the job. Emphasize the qualities you think the employer is looking for, such as your outstanding work ethic or the fact that you’re a fast learner.
3. What is your worst characteristic?
Some human resource specialists suggest that you make a virtue sound like a flaw. “I tend to be a perfectionist,” or, “Everyone says I work too hard.” But others say these answers have become clichés. Mention a minor flaw, such as, “I think I’m too outspoken at times, but I’m working on it.”
4. Where do you want to be five years from now?
Let the interviewer know you’re looking for job stability and that you aren’t planning to use this job as a temporary stopping point in your quest for a better position. You
could say, “I’d like to be employed in a small company like this one, where I can learn,
contribute, and advance.”
5. Why did you leave your last job?
Never put your former employer or your co-workers in a negative light. Don’t blame them for your departure. Give a positive reason, such as you left to take advantage of another opportunity that was better suited to your skills.
6. Tell me about a problem you had in your life and how you solved it.
Be prepared with a short answer that shows you’re resourceful. “I really wanted to go to a private university, but my parents didn’t have the money. I went to a community college for two years, worked part time and saved my money so I could attend the last two years at the college of my choice.”
7. Have you had difficulties getting along with supervisors or co-workers?
You’d have to be a saint to have had no problems with the people you worked with. You might answer, “Nothing major. I try to get along with everyone.”

- Second, consider reserving the use of mobile phones for shorter conversations or when a conventional phone is not available.
- Third, the effects of cellular damage are greatest on growing, developing organisms (i.e., the young), so limit children's use of cell phones!
- Finally, in a car, use an external antenna mounted outside the vehicle to move the source of the radiation farther from you!

Tiruvannamalai is 193km from chennai.Tiruvannamalai is a land of Siddhars and Yogis.There is a saying "நினைத்தாலே முக்தி தரும் தலம்" about Tiruvannamalai which means "If you think the Lord Arunachala at Tiruvannamalai you would go to heaven".Lord Murugan appeared before the famous poet Arunagirinathar at this place.Every full moon day (pournami) many devotees from all over the state come here for Girivalam(people used go Around the hill by walk).The Girivalam is about 16km.Many temples are there on the way.Whenever i go for Girivalam i would never miss to go to the Hanuman temple.The is some Divine power at Tiruvannamalai.Siddhar IdaiKadar is said to be in Jeeva Samathi at Tiruvannamalai.The hill at Tiruvannamalai itself is worshiped at Lord Shiva.Every year during the tamil month of Karthigai ,at the top of the hill a Karthigai Deepam( divine light in the form of fire) is set up.The Deepam would last for 10 day.Tiruvannamalai is the Agni stalam.The other pancha botha stalams are Sri Kalahasti, Tiruvanaikkaval, Chidambaram and Kanchipuram.

HAM radio
hai friends,
Have u ever heard of two way radio,similar to the cell phone we can speak at the same time to any extend throughout the world.Thats called HAM radio. I am currently trying to become a HAM.In India if you want to become a HAM you have to pass ASOC exam(an exam conducted by ministry communications).A HAM radio works even at times of natural disasters like flood,earth quake etc., it is the only technology which can be used at times of disater management.
On the other hand it is a world wide hobby which can bring together different peoples and culturals.People can exchange data about thier lifestyle,culturals etc.We can make friends worldwide through HAM radio.Now-a-days HAM is integrated with internet so that even a person without a HAM equipment can communicate through internet(ecolink software),but u should have passed the ASOC exam.

Pondicherry trip.
hai,
I love travelling to many places.This time i planed to go Pondy(pondicherry).Pondy is a peaceful place to live.After reaching to pondy by bus,i decided to go to Sunday Market along with my friend.We took a tempo(share auto) to Manikoondu. Manikoondu is the place where the market starts,Sunday market has the name because the market will be only on sundays.We went through the shops.Eden garden is the first spot we stoped,we had softy icecream and then we went straight to purchase any articles.Then we went to a cap shop which had different types of caps.Many cloth shops are present in platform.We then had milk sarbath near Petit Seminare School.The Sarbath was so nice to drink, u cant get this type of sarbath anywhere else. The shop was always crowded.The sarbath had some jelly like substances along with some small white seeds.It was so nice to have it.Then We moved on to beach. Beach is one of the finest destination at pondicherry. We walked from Gandhi statue to the Duplex statue at the end. We then had Curd Puri near the petrol bunk.The next day my destination was Sri Manakula Vinayagar Temple,it gives me some divine power when ever i enter this temple.It is also said that some siddhar is at this temple.I like the lord at this temple.When ever i visited pondy,i would never fail to vist this temple.My trip finished here.

A trip to Parvathamalai.
Parvathamalai in near to Tiruvannamalai.It would take an hour journey to reach the place through bus.Straight buses are available to Parvathamalai(can go by two routes:1.veralur bus,2.by going to polur and getting another bus to reach Parvathamalai).From bus stop about 3-4km walk is the region to start the trekking to the hill.
Don't take any plastic bags or any materials which pollute the environment.Forest officials are present at a check post ,to check if any such materials are taken.Avoid ciggarates,matchboxes and other flamable substances.Forest officials would cease it if any such is found.
It would take about 3-4 hours to reach the up hill.It is better to take some water and a little snacks to fill our hunger.Take a stick which would help you while going up the hill.Parvathmalai is the only place where you can see different ways of trekking(steps,rocks,kadapparai,ladder).Small shops are on the way up the hill but costs a little high.
On Pournami (full moon) day many devotees from far distances come to the temple at the up hill.The temple is open round the clock(24 hours).
